Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable session fee is required to secure your portrait session date. This fee reserves your time slot and covers session preparation, location access, and photographer time. Full session packages and print orders are due upon gallery delivery.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will forfeit the session fee. No-shows will forfeit the full session fee.

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Session Guidelines

• Sessions take place on our private 3-acre estate in Acworth, Georgia
• Please arrive on time — session time begins at your scheduled start
• Pets are welcome but must be leashed when not being photographed
• Please respect the gardens and property during your visit
• A styling guide will be provided upon booking confirmation

4. Image Delivery & Copyright

Your curated gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session date. All images are copyright © From the Heart Pics. Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased digital images, which includes sharing on social media and personal printing.

Images may not be used for commercial purposes, edited, cropped, or altered without written permission. We kindly ask that you credit From the Heart Pics when sharing on social media.

5. Print & Product Orders

All print and product orders are fulfilled through our professional lab partners to ensure the highest quality. Orders are non-refundable once submitted to the lab. Delivery times vary by product and will be communicated at the time of order.

6. Liability

From the Heart Pics is not responsible for injuries or damages that occur on the property during a session. Clients and their guests visit at their own risk. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

7. Photo Usage Rights

From the Heart Pics reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and display purposes. If you wish to opt out of marketing usage, please notify us in writing before your session date.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
